I had someone tell me I'm out of business now since they lowered the credit rating. He wasn't trying to be rude, simply warn me. I've been told this every year since I started in real estate, yet I continue to prosper while living on my own terms. People are still buying and selling houses. If this causes another road block, I'll adjust to that like I did the last fifty. I'm supposed to get two offers today and the sun is still shining.
Please people, don't stop dreaming big and going after your desires. Turn off the news, plan your work,then work your plan. As the Avett brothers say in a great new song... "Decide what to be and go be it!!"
